you are benefiting from the "outsourcing" of MT jobs. Be careful what you wish for.
If you work at home and the dictation you do originates somewhere outside your house, your job is an "outsourcing" job.
Outsourcing just means the work is not done by an employee of the facility that employs the people doing the dictating.
It is likely the practice you want to stop is "offshoring" where the work is sent to another country.
Stamping out outsourcing would put a lot more American MTs out of work. It is offshoring that has disrupted the industry, not outsourcing.
