I think they're really nice people and have never had any issues. They have growing pains because they have a lot of new accounts.
I appreciate them keeping the specs up to date. I have multiple accounts and thus multiple emails about spec updates, but I'd rather see the spec updates than have 100 emails to sift through regarding changes.
They've always paid on time and I think they're all nice people.
