I feel your pain. I was a Career Step student going for the CPC and stopped dead in my tracks at the coding portion. The teaching style did not work for me. You basically teach yourself. I got so frustrated that I switched over to Compliant Coding Academy and am going for my CRC first! This course is sooooo much better. Even though it's recorded, you feel you have someone walking you through everything and they have live Q&A sessions. I will eventually get my CPC. I just had to change course for a little while. I also think CCO (Certification Coaching Organization) is a good program. It's just costlier. I will probably use their Blitz courses as well.
