I'd rather have them not overstaff and send SOS's rather than always be running dry, but that's just me. Again I'm happy to take some of your lines if you don't like it there as I'm pretty sure they don't have you handcuffed to the company, but I'm blissfully happy and think both the women there who run things are fair, extremely helpful when there is a problem and kind. Much more so than anyone else I've encountered at an MT company. Different strokes for different folks, but I do want to support them and let people know it's a great place to work in my opinion.
