They are few and far between and pay is much lower than what they offer at Mainstreet. I hope some people do jump ship because I have a few contacts who would love the chance to work for Mainstreet and won't have a problem with quality. I will be happy to take some of your lines. No one is making you work there. Don't make "critical errors" and you won't have pay cut. Unless I read the e-mail wrong, they won't be cutting pay for minor error or for sending reports to QA like some places I have worked do, just if they catch major errors. I honestly don't understand why you're making such a huge deal about it. I love the account I'm on and love Mainstreet.
