It's all lovely and great until they find a way to put you on PM for something not your fault, make you clock out for scheduled work time, lie to you, screw you with all ESL, go cheap on software protection and get hacked, degrade the entire industry confidence in the MT profession, lie about bonuses and incentives and on and on and on.
But keep on believing in the dream and I hope you never come off your cloud and have to face reality, because it sucks.
