An unpopular opinion - mytake

I have a little different take on the situation from the opinions I'm seeing posted here. I've given it some thought since I received the email, and I actually think it's fair. I mean, think about it this way: Yes, we all receive the frenzied emails asking us to work more, and then once we're caught up we occasionally run into NJA. What is the alternative? They hire extra people and then we run into NJA consistently and our paychecks shrink. I appreciate the fact that they try not to overhire. By implementing the new critical error protocol, they're keeping the client happy so that they're less likely to go with some other company. It's not like they're penalizing us for sending a certain percentage to QA like M*Modal, with which I most definitely do not agree! This past week has been stressful. I need my job; I'm signing.
