Buy 2 cars, so you can file Chapter 7 (whichever one you don't have to pay back, sorry, I don't know much about it, really, my husband is the smart one) - only we didn't do that. We are paying it back, taking 5 years. Don't give up - I understand, I have our son's Parent Plus Loan of $40,000 that is not included in this. Student loans are hopeless. I hope to be out of debt before I die, but I am 54 years old. No longer doing MT either.
