I should have mentioned that I was working with their platforms that were word-based but did not allow me to use my Word functions, i.e, autosave, my spellcheck, etc. Also made about 6 dollars an hour most days due to screens freezing, logging in and out, etc., no one to ask for fixes. I finally was told that my Word 8.1 often isn't compatible with some platforms. You're right, I should expand my knowledge base; I was so overwhelmed, I got out quickly.
