I live in Florida and have had Florida Blue for the past 3 years. Really happy with them. Got an agent to help me apply. The only real drawback is the Marketplace. Every year at the start of a new enrollment, have to send a lot of paperwork, usually more than once. Good luck! I have paid anywhere between $40 and 95$ a month, depending on my income.
