know everything about how the company runs behind the scenes, so you dont do anything wrong.
But then get birched at or blamed when you do something wrong but had no idea you were doing it wrong or that it even was an issue.
So sick of this career and wish I could move my escape process along faster.
MTSOs make so many promises, then they're under pressure to fulfill those promises, so they pass the stress and the blame to us. It sucks all the way around.
So many excellent MTs who do good work, but get crapped on by the MTSOs who are so greedy to get accounts that they promise the client the moon and several other planets, but then push us with such unrealistic expectations that we stress and have nervous breakdowns.
MTSOs - you stress yourselves with your greed. You ruin it and frack it up for everyone.
