Those combined with ctrl will get anyone around the local area pretty fast.
I used the detach-attach functions a lot when I had properly working ones, though, and miss them. In combination with all of the above.
Even now, if I don't think I'll have a correction for a bit I will reattach and just let the cursor ride along with the dictation. Then when I see one coming up ahead I'll "ctrl right" or arrow down or whatever to start the correction while the dictation's getting there.
