I work the overnight shift, so at most there are two other people on with me. Fortunately they don't appear to cherry pick; however, what irks me is when I log on, there are always "garbage" reports left over from the previous shift, usually out of TAT or close to it. The worst of the worst. Bad dictators, garbled audio, just total junk that wastes the first 1-2 hours of my shift cleaning up someone else's mess.
