It's a good idea to not just go by one comment that is said, but when you see several people making a negative comment, and you've searched the archives, which is the best way to go, and you see a lot of negative, you can believe it for sure. Some people might fear some kind of retribution by a company. Personally, I really appreciate this site as I've found most all the time what is written on here is true.
