You were promised the incentive back 3 months ago and just now getting it. Yes, that really is doing what they were supposed to do. it only took a lawsuit and filing with DOL to get it to come about. You may like your company but dont sit there and praise a company that doesnt deserve it. You are very naive or you are working to restore this company's credibility. You were just lucky that you wasnt one of the over 400 people laid off. Yeah a real great company to do lay off all its American employees and keeping the off-shore employees. A real gem
