Mandatory OT - Nuance MT Posted: Oct 25th, 2017 - 11:18 am
Does anyone ever get emails that explicitly state that OT is mandatory? Or anything verbally in a phone call, or in a text? I never have, it's always "want" or "need" or "expect," etc. And legally is it mandatory if it isn't specifically stated as such? I'm not thinking of any sort of lawsuit or anything like that, and will do the OT, I've just noticed that it seems like that word, or those two words together, are never used.
