Threat to all the little companies that got slammed by Nuance not servicing older programs, then little companies running to M-Modal to buy software so they can keep clients and MTs and not go out of business, or buying from other smaller software companies who may be related in any way to Nuance "intelligence." Neither side really wins, lawyers make tons, and MT and small MTSO's worrying about the trickle effect. No US company big enough to take over...very sad.
