Alpha not answering...it's infuriating and confusing. - Not to mention unprofessional.

I've applied to their last four postings and still no response. They even told people on here to send separate emails with resume resend in the subject. They still don't answer, yet they post another ad this weekend. It makes me mad, but it also scares me...if it's this hard to get an answer about applying, how difficult would things be working for them?
