I found it very difficult to use Word, Express Scribe and their file transfer program separately rather than a transcription platform with all the functions in one place. I began my shift and waited for work for 2 hours. I did 2 jobs and asked for feedback and help and got response, "Keep trying." Twelve hours later I was told to redo the jobs, format wrong. I said no thanks and submitted my resignation.
