The whole thing stinks, from the timing to their not paying their workers promised incentives and bonus to get back up and running under the sham of "oops, we blew it" in that the promise of this special pay was miscommunicated. This all followed by their layoff via prerecorded conference call of over 450 MLS and then a couple weeks ago, apparently layoff of US technical support. These latter occurrences probably in attempt to boost last quarter earnings. A few days after the layoff, they are found advertising for IC Canada only workers. The entire incident raises a ton of questions from initial incident through the handling to date. Scribes and VA system is a whole other can of worms and really doesn't belong in this fight.
