I have used Instant Text and prefer that to all others I have tried. As far as the dictionary suggestions another poster talked about, you dont have to use them, you can close them and they wont pop up. you can merge dictionaries, also. I like it that it works with just about any program and she can have the same name for multiple different terms like "tp" can be the patient, total protein, etc. they have a free trial period and you can buy 3 mo, 6 mo etc. licenses.
