Do they ever answer their e mail - MT

I am asking for more work and they never answer (Precision). Is this standard procedure that they do not answer their e mails. I am just wondering what they do when they don't want you any more because I feel perhaps like maybe I should not be there. I don't know, it is an eerie feeling.
