I had to reply. I am almost 60 years old and have been an MT for the last 15. For the last 3 years I have seriously been looking for something else, the writing is on the wall and today I got hired by my county's sherrif's department as a 911 operator. The manager is a previous MT and respects the experience we have. You might want to check in to it! Here's to a new, non-MT, career! Hang in there.
