plus, we get benefits as full-time employees. IF, and I am saying IF we have 100% on our QA audits, we can make over 11 ST and 5.5 VR. So Nuance's base rate is as good as most companies out there today, even if we make "TONS" of errors (why are we making errors, anyway?).
