I have been through ups and downs with this company for 20 years. Constantly changing managers, CEOs, diminishing paychecks. Now working for $6 an hour less than I was making 8 years ago. All for the sake of working at home and not having to see, smell or talk to anyone. That part of it I liked. BUT when a job starts affecting your personal life, health and well being, it's time to hit the road. Since paychecks have been so significantly diminished over the years, this can no longer be called a career or profession. When you can make the same money working a factory shift, that says it all.
In the end we have to do what we can to make our lives better and to make us feel better.
