certain sections of the report where the doc was dictating long paragraphs where I didn't have a good template, but it was frustrating in other ways, so I finally gave up. I think maybe if I had stuck with it long enough and used it for everything, I might have noted a bit of an increase in speed, but it did not seem like it was going to be dramatic enough to make it worth it. Also, the big drawback to me is that it seemed to slowdown my computer overall and cause more background noise. I would not be surprised if someone can make it work for them, but to me it was just too much hassle.
