As the overall answer to that question, I always say, "I want to distance myself from off-shoring and/or outsourcing, which is common in that industry" and I have never gotten anything but a nod of understanding. Also, its time to leave MT completely. I did 4 years ago, this skill transfers to other things especially if you have a college degree, came back, now I am LEAVING again. Good grief, its like the worst job in the freaking world. We can all do better than this.
