Critical erros...we keep getting told how many critical errors - are being made, but

I haven't had any recent audits. If they know critical errors, they must be doing some kind of auditing. I wonder why aren't we getting any reports any more.

Also, our group's (not TEAM!) critical error rate came to the attention of corporate. Coincidentally, we are getting a new HDSM. Too bad, I really wanted a new PC.
