There is never a pay raise. So don't try to lead us on with your horse puckey. We only agreed to work for these abominable wages because we have to -- there is no competition and no place that pays any better -- only worse. It is absolutely deplorable that they pay such little money they have to resort to independent contractors in order to pay less than minimum wage, no benefits, no half of their social security. Why anyone would do that, I don't know. There's a limit to having to be part of the working poor. It's exploitation and sweat shop practice. So quit telling me it's "professional" to "respond" to such requests. I won't do it either!
