No matter how well paid the QA are, I doubt it would take them more than half an hour to find that, so a substantial gain.
Would an actual QA fess up, maybe? Someone who has left perhaps.
I do not think Nuance overtly offer bonuses for dinging us, but I do, however, think they probably have quotas and I have no doubt that if they do a certain amount of reports they are expected to find a certain amount of errors, so if they don't then they will be the ones getting dinged.
Lovely system, right? It is dastardly.
