Really, how many training people are needed if training is now done on line through Enrich. What about POC team. Why can't OMs takes shifts and monitor work? Their methods to cut costs just really baffles me. What about the many support reps who can't even put a logical or gramatically correct sentence together? This just really blows all the way around.
