I would love to find a job outside of MT but unfortunately my back has not been cooperating. I have had excruciating pain due to L4-L5 nerve impingement and I am hoping the epidural will work so that I can try to find another kind of job. Standing, lifting, stooping, etc., in retail work would be impossible with my back pain and I am stuck. I wonder if anybody would even hire me because of my age. I never dreamed MT would go down the toilet the way it has and figured I would drop dead at my keyboard at age 95. No such luck any more.
