Ability to understand difficult ESL doctor. Template reports are used, which are for the most part fill in the blank. Ability to work late evenings. ERAD experience helpful, but not a must. Our current typist can move thru reports quickly as the doc is easy if you have the ability to understand difficult ESL.
Windows 7 or better. High speed internet. Foot pedal.
