I am going to theorize it may be related to a very long conversation I had with my region's director. Shortly after is when the emails without IDs and then later individual emails began. She was going to have a followup call with me with HR so I could voice my concerns the following week (which was supposed to be greater than two weeks ago, and no followup email or anything about rescheduling the meeting).
