I feel for you. Knowing you can't afford to take time off, and then NJA. Just live your life and let this place go to hades. I know it is hard, but if you can find another MT position, try as MM will drive you to the poorhouse or the psych ward faster than you can say transcription.
I never rely on one company and I do as I please. If I have plans then I have plans and these companies can just go to the devil. I work as an IC, which allows me to do that, but it is not ideal in any way shape or form. These jobs just suck any longer; no way to make a living. Rather hold a sign on a corner!
