It took a while before an actual person started to work my case, but after getting her personal phone number and email address, being able to contact her directly, things did go more smoothly. Luckily, some of the documentation she needed I was able to email to her while I was on the phone with her, so that helped a lot. I was so frustrated and upset by that point that I bawled my eyes out to this poor woman on the phone, lol. It was a big relief though, having someone talk to me like a person finally and not just a case number.
