It is their "perceived power" over the MTs. They love to bully and degrade. I have the same thing where I work. I hate those group emails. I hardly open them up any longer, unless something in the subject line catches my eye.
I am so over taking the treatment these places hand out and the poor pay. I do the best I can, if not good enough for y'all in India, then buh-bye!
