a small break from the furious pace they are required to keep constantly, while earning a pittance.

MTSOs all scream about "patient care" and the MTs were simply trying to provide an accurate and quality document to provide top quality patient care.

Stuff your social responsibility. How about lecturing the MTSOs on their responsibility to treat people properly and pay them properly?
