I'd create your own medical billing company and try your hand at marketing it. Honestly, this is not SPAM. If you are willing to put the time and effort into doing a bit of digital marketing, it will pay off handsomely. Start off small and take on your competition, it doesn't take much more than a basic website and Google AdWords as an investment.
