be paying their employees for downtime. I have been in tears since I got that friggin' email. This just can't be right. How do they expect me to take care of my family on PTO and possible unemployment? Even the UE is not a guarantee and you have to wait forever. My bills have to be paid and my kids have to be fed now - they don't wait. I have to find another job quickly. They keep saying something is in the works and we will be back to work soon, but I can't wait any longer - especially with no pay.

On a positive note, I really am happy that Nuance is doing right by you guys. I hope they do what they say. We all deserve better than this. Best of luck to all.
