as soon as I find something else, and leaving MT altogether because I am sick of this crap of hiring people and not enough work, as well as how the whole field is going down the drain.
Might take me a while, but I am finally sick enough of it and getting out.
Hear that MTSOs? You're losing a good quality producer with 30 years of experience because of your crap. Good luck getting my quality from a noob or an ESL, or even your precious speech rec. Yes, that means you, my current MTSO who is going to start offering speech rec to "stay competitive." You can replace me, but likely not my quality.
