I told the manager for our account that 24,000 was too much, that it should be 15,000 and it should be 8,000 for PT and they basically blew me off. I've managed a department before. I know how to run my lines and expected productivity from my staff. They are trying to pay us at or near what they can get from outsourcing to India. They do outsource to India, the recruiter told me that when I was hired. I think MTs are getting the raw end of the deal on all accounts. Not to mention, if you need time off, you have to arrange it by begging through the email system for someone to cover you. Ridiculous!
