There are so many of us out of work that yes, we are a dime a dozen and the companies that are still here and hiring know that. That's why they can get away with lowering their line rates. They know a lot of us are desperate and will take any amount just to have a job. A lot of the MTSOs are going into software which eventually will replace all the coders as well. Then even more people will be out of a job. Even Walmart is putting in more self checkouts so they can get rid of more cashiers. Nobody wants to pay people when they can get some machine to take their place for nothing.
