Truth - Over and over again

Your post was accurate, but redundant. How many times has the same thing been said over and over again and yet so many MTs are hanging in there by a thread. The complaints on this board have resolved absolutely nothing. Those that have gotten out have posted how great it is and how they are making better money, better benefits, etc., and yet how many MTs still come on this board and complain about no work, bad dictations, horrible managers, horrible QA, etc.

It is up to the individual to see the writing on the wall and I bet there a lot of those MTs out there, who will stick it out to the bitter end.

We would be better off exchanging recipes on this site, rather than discuss the state of working as a medical transcriptionist.
