I did call the DOL regarding not getting paid for the emergency maintenance, but didn't really get an answer regarding whether that was legal or not. I did discuss some other issues which peaked some interest, but there has to be proof/documentation, etc. I did send copies of the emails stating we were'nt getting paid for their EMERGENCY maintenance to my home email and get paper copies of my pay, so will have those for documentation.
EVERYONE should call the DOL and report this. Maybe after getting thousands of calls, someone will take notice and start an investigation not only into this issue, but into all the BS we have to put up with!!! One can hope!
