I cant remember, I know someone posted that they reported it to a federal official website.

If someone wants to look around, I'm sure there's a site somewhere.

I'ms surprised any of the AAMT/whatever these days dont chime in and give information, or whats her name that thinks she's all it and a bag of chips authority on HIPAA, she's who wrote a HIPAA compliant lecture for recertification.

If someone can find a website, we should all start reporting doctors who dictate from home, in the car with family, at public events, and so on.

I'd be really P Aye Ess Tee off if I found out my information were dictated within public earshot like that and the provider not disciplined. I'd be tempted to file a lawsuit.
