It's the most twisted thing about medical transcription - the more difficult the work, meaning the harder you work, the more you struggle, the more challenged you are, the more effort you exert, the more skill you need to complete the task, the less you are paid. Someone please suggest to me another job where this is the case.
This company and this industry in general are completely devoid of logic.
