I've been with them for 2-1/2 years. Great company. From what I recall, they use the standard grammar/terminology outside tests many MT companies use.
Integrity HD is owned by a husband and wife team based out of New Mexico and you deal with them directly, which is great. They are not "hooked" in with AHDI or AAMT, though they follow BOS (Book of Style for Medical Transcription). And "employer requests from Nuance and M*Modal"? Your post makes no sense.
It sounds like you failed the test because you only got 80% correct (that is low), got an automated response from the testing site, and now you're getting the testing company mixed up with Integrity HD, the medical transcription company.
