And after they send the errors through, they cut our pay. I do not like having my pay cut to minimum wage, and all it takes in one (1) error that usually does not make a difference in "patient safety."

It's all about the money, and they are using you, the QA, to make them money at the MT's expense when we already are poorly paid.
