Pay Grid - Steals MT money

There are several criteria that must be met which include LPH, % of lines sent to QA, and QC score. You are punished (pay decreased) for sending a certain percentage of lines to QA, for not making a certain LPH, and for what they claim are "errors" which they claim are related to patient safety (not). It's very complicated because LPH from one week is figured with QC score from the week PRIOR. In a nutshell, it's extremely f'd up and steals money back from the MTs that we rightfully earned. They will go on and on about the potentially great money to be made on the grid. That is a flat-out lie.

Consider the above, then factor in you are going to be treated very poorly by management at Nuance, you'll run into a lot of OOW scenarios, your benefits will cost an arm and a leg with a very high deductible and only bare bones coverage, and you'll have many accounts all with different specs. It's a horrible company in every possible way. Quite frankly, I'd steer clear.
